Company Danaper cares about the safety and comfort of each client, therefore we offer you to familiarize yourself with the rules of operation and care of our products.

Warranty is provided for Danaper products from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of sale.

Danaper Company undertakes to use his own discretion to repair or replacement that will prove to be defective in case of the correct and proper use. Natural wear is excluded in this case.

The rules of Danaper product’s care:

The easiest way to clean bag wet brush or sponge.

The bag can be washed by hand in soapy water when temperature is not above 30°.

It is allowed to wash in the washing machine with consistent mode.

Not allowed: cleaning with gasoline, solvents or other aggressive funds, use of chlorine agents.

Iron is also not recommended.

It is unacceptable to dry the product in the vicinity of heat sources (ovens, radiators, open fires).

Situations whereby Danaper’s warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by inappropriate use of the product (cuts, mechanical damage, breaks, mechanical damage of the locks and its elements), as well as the cosmetic damage (scratches or contamination of the material).
2. Self-products repair.
3. Damage attributable to the delivery company whose services you have used. This could include the following damage - breaks, scuffs, cuts and holes in the material, mechanical damage of the locks and its elements, damage of suitcases’ wheels, telescopic handles and other parts of bags and backpacks. In such a situation all claims must be lodged to the delivery company.
4. Compulsory damage.

Danaper company is unilaterally entitled to make changes in the Terms and the Conditions of quality assurance.

All changes will take effect from the date of their posting on the web-site. Users are advised to visit this page periodically to be aware of the latest information about relevant version and any changes of these rules.
